We invite submissions for ASIM2026 under three categories: Full Papers,
Short Papers, and
Posters.
Below are the details for each submission category:
Authors are first required to submit an abstract via the conference submission system. Each abstract will undergo scientific review by the Scientific Committee.
Based on the review outcome, submissions may be accepted for oral or poster presentation.
Acceptance of an abstract indicates eligibility for presentation at the conference, subject to subsequent submission requirements.

Full papers (maximum 8 pages) and short papers (maximum 4 pages) will not undergo an additional round of scientific peer review. Instead, submitted papers will be checked by the organising team to ensure that they:
A full or short paper is required for inclusion in the conference proceedings, where applicable. Poster presentations do not require submission of a full or short paper.
Submission of Full Paper / Short Paper Deadline:
31 July 2026, 11:59pm (UTC+8)
Poster submissions are recommended for research contributions and case studies that benefit from visual presentation and informal discussion.
Selected high-quality submissions would be recommended for publication in special issues of Building Simulation
